It is impossible to show all the work done for PentaSafe in only a few images. For two years, Kristi worked as User Experience Manager and built a usability lab and department for this IPO-ambitious startup in Houston, Texas. Then they were acquired by NetIQ and she rebranded all the products for the new brand prior to being unceremoniously booted out, as virtually all managers were. Aren’t acquisitions fun?
The acquisition may not have been, but to date the lessons she learned and challenges faced at PentaSafe remain some of the most fun she’s had working. 32 + products, tons of integration concepts, over 500 unique icons developed, a team of 5, an active usability lab, 13 indirect reports doing doc writing and creating help centers and a top-notch marcom and product marketing team made PentaSafe the very special experience that it was for her. Fresh ID is still influenced by the ambition, dedication to excellence and marketing lessons learned while she worked there.
